| Sample protocol |
40 mg of lipid was mixed with 1 ml MilliQ water, and freeze-thaw cycled between 193 - 318 K. MLVs were then extruded through 500-Å polycarbonate filters. SUV final lipid concentration was ~12 mg/ml.
